- Installation services are coordinated through third-party partners or your preferred contractors, unless otherwise stated in the contract.
7. Returns & Claims
- Custom-fabricated items (e.g., countertops, custom cabinets) are non-returnable unless defective or damaged in transit.
- Any damage claims must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with photographic proof.
- Approved returns or replacements will be processed in accordance with our standard claims process.
8. Limitation of Liability
Blink Global is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to your use of our services or products. Our total liability shall not exceed the value of the order in question.
9. Warranties
Blink Global passes through manufacturers’ warranties where applicable. We do not provide additional warranties beyond those specified in your purchase agreement or project contract.
10. Project Management Disclaimer
While Blink Global may offer end-to-end project coordination services, final site readiness, contractor cooperation, and compliance with local regulations remain the responsibility of the client unless otherwise agreed in writing.
